1. Definitions

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To use bmw4d services, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and identification details. You are permitted to hold only one account with bmw4d. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all funds.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bmw4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement, card photo)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed. All documents submitted will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify bmw4d immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. bmw4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4.4 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account within 30 days. After 30 days, bmw4d reserves the right to deduct a reasonable administrative fee for maintaining closed accounts with balances. bmw4d reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or to comply with legal obligations.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bmw4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept third-party payments. Deposits must be made from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name matching your bmw4d account registration details.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). The maximum deposit amount per transaction varies by bank and is typically Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Rupiah). 5.3 Processing Times

Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed instantly. Deposits via other banks may take 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the bank's processing time. bmw4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

6. Betting Rules and Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

• For mix parlay accumulator bets, all selections must win for the bet to be successful. If any selection is void, the bet continues with reduced odds.
• Live in-play betting is subject to acceptance. bmw4d reserves the right to reject or limit bets at any time.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot machines use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Each game displays its Return to Player (RTP) percentage.
